Hix is a fully automated particle counting robotic work-cell. We have integrated a HIAC 9703+ instrument into a robotic work-cell. This allows complete and walk-away automation of particle counting tasks. The robotic system does all steps, including stirring the sample, uncapping and recapping, interfacing with the particle counters, receiving all data and creating reports. Two types of vials are used for samples and standards.
Two different configurations are available for the Hix system:
First configuration uses a robotic arm with falcon tubes. The advantages is that the samples and standards are kept capped until needed.
Compact size allows for the system to be able to install in any laboratory.
